2009 COMING TO A CLOSE

As I write this, we are experiencing our first snow of the year and it's only 22 degrees outside. The forecast calls for cold weather the next couple of days with more snow too. I guess the 2009 riding season really is over.

Now that the riding for the year really does appear to be over, we would like to hear of some of your fondest memories from 2009. We had more rides this season than any other so there has to be something that sticks in your mind from this year. Just click on the "Post a Comment" area below and start typing.

I would have to say My most special ride of all was UTAH. Nothing like thinking you may have to pitch a tent and stay the night in the high mountains of Utah. All because we didn't have a spare tire. I was sure worried that O'Don and his better half Julie had forgotten where we were. They had not forgotten, they just had a flat tire too......

Nothing like spending a week with special friends, lots of beautiful county, more than enough food (and drink).
I loved the Ride down the River (rubber raft) when it was pouring rain and no one could remember their left from their right or could even hear.

Thanks to all of you for the memories. Elynda (we miss you to Chuck)
